The Friction Atlas is a diagnostic reference for systemic customer experience friction patterns. It identifies recurring structural breakdowns that shape decision-making environments across industries and journey stages.

The Atlas maps friction archetypes to their resolution boundary – the point at which local fixes fail and structural change is required. It does not prescribe solutions. It stops at the resolution boundary.

AERIM is the operating system designed to resolve the structural conditions that the Friction Atlas makes visible.
